I entered the press tooling industry at the age of 16 and after 22 years of continuous self-training in industrial production technologies, several years of reflection and analysis of industry needs, I created Méca MAP in 2016

From the production of press tools through maintenance and use in production, followed by industrialization and servicing of projects, as well as the use of state-of-the-art 3D systems. I can present to you today a whole range of skills at the service of industrial production from cold forming of metals to plastic injection.
 

Méca MAP intervenes in your factory, to unlock and improve production tools, non-conformities and recurring concerns, as well as to ensure the optimization of the tool and the finished product, or the implementation of new products.
 

Méca MAP also intervenes in support of the design office, the method department or the project manager in order to optimize the production tool before its design. I guarantee the feasibility of the tools, its rapid and concrete development and the viability of an optimized production.
